ACEPC has expanded its line of devices with two new mini-PCs: GK1 and GK2. Their feature is a relatively low price (the cost of new products does not exceed $ 200), which prompted the manufacturer to install a budget processor Intel Celeron J4105 with the architecture of Gemini Lake.
The novelties from ACEPC differ only from the cooling system: the GK1 received a fan for active cooling, and the GK2 uses passive cooling. Due to these differences, miniature computers have different dimensions: 127 × 127 × 38 mm for GK1 (at 390 grams) and 140 × 140 × 48 mm for GK2 (370 grams) – the model with passive cooling is more due to the larger bottom panel used to dissipate heat.
The full specifications of the devices are as follows:
Processor: Intel Celeron J4105, four 1.5 GHz cores, 4 MB of cache memory, 10 watts.
Memory: 4 GB, DDR4.
User memory: 32 GB, eMMC.
Interfaces: HDMI 1.4, 2 × USB 2.0, 2 × USB 3.0, a card reader for microSD, RJ45, a 3.5 mm connector.
Wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi 802.11n (chip 3165D).
Preinstalled operating system: Windows 10.
In gadgets, there is a compartment for installing solid-state drives or hard drives with a form factor of 2.5 inches.
ACEPC GK1 and GK2 are already sold on the GearBest site for the same price – $199.
